We talked about this before: I think there is absolutely no reason to
use the second level of the /package/{admin,data,...} crap. It just
results in endless discussions about where a particular package
belongs; emails are sent back and forth, and eventually, Dan will
decide where he will put a particular package---hardly a comforting
process especially knowing Dan's speed of answering emails.
