Re: Registration of misc/mosquitotools

I hereby want to register misc/mosquitotools.

The package contains:
* mosquitoget
  a program to read dive profiles from a suunto mosquito dive computer.
* make-dive-profile
  a program to create a dive profile from a few commandline arguments.
* mosquitograph
  a program to convert one or more dive profiles to a pic/tbl/nroff 
  file.
* make-deco-table
  a program to create a dive decompression table.

I'm not sure about the "misc" prefix.

There seem to be no name-space collisions.
