I have a package with the basename guile-ldap.  I'm not sure what its
category should be.  It could go in prog/, since it's a library, but I
think functionality is a better basis for categorization than
interface is.  My package is an extension for GNU Guile to make the
OpenLDAP client library usable from Scheme.  I think the LDAP-ness is
the best characteristic to determine the categorization - so maybe
data/guile-ldap?

No commands, and no name conflicts AFAICT.
