packages like yours, that make some protocol available within a
certain application, where in the case of guile-ldap guile-scheme
would be the application.

imagine a directory listing of /package/access showing either
protocols (with common names or RFC numbers) and applications.

i don't think guile-ldap should be associated with your name, because
you might want to transfer maintenance of it to somebody else.
libraries also don't fit the bill.
