Desc: Virus-scanning wrapper for qmail-queue.

The package includes no global commands. It does make use of three global 
names:

Gqscanq		User owning qscanq's spool directory
Gqscanlog	User writing qscanq's log files
Gqscanq		Group with permission to control the cleanup process

Note: Source code is available through the link above, which is not
reachable from my web page, and is not published except to this list. The
code is pre-release, comes with no warrantees, and readers of this list 
are encouraged to wait before deploying it.
