 I'd like to register the following new /command names for the
net/conn-tools package:

 getservbyname
 tcpclient2
 tcpserver2
 ipcclient2
 ipcserver2

 There shouldn't be any collisions. "getservbyname" is a C function, but
it apparently hasn't been used as a Unix command yet.
[tcp|ipc][client|server]2 have quite similar interface and functionality
to [tcp|ipc][client|server], hence the name proximity.
