deregistration req

Hi,

Recently I found that admin/symtools has a not registered command called
'readlink', because teTeX package has the same command.

I had the same problem when I wrote daemontools-conf: my package
shouldn't depend on teTeX. I registered linkname for this purpose.  I
knew this is a bad move (showing a symlink is not in my package's
duties), but I couldn't see other way to do it.

Now I'd like to pass 'linkname' to admin/symtools.  I'm not afraid of
collision, because both does the same thing.
