Note - this is off-topic, but I seem to have exhausted my options as there is no response on either the relevent superscript mailing list or directly to the provided contact address. Seems the last post before mine was 18 Feb 2003 07:35. http://www.superscript.com/software.html As this is off-topic, I suggest that anyone that has any information contact me directly. In a couple of weeks, I will summarize and post a follow-up that may be useful to people and that can then be found in the archives. At present, I use thttpd - http://www.acme.com for cgi web serving but as pretty much all my other server stuff is djbware, I'd like to stick with that security model, plus small and lean.
