OpenBSD 3.3 stable.

1. The cmp rts.out rts.exp produced some output.

2. When I run publicfile :
%  /var/www/public/httpd/run
/usr/libexec/ld.so: tcpserver: libc.so.29.0: Cannot allocate memory

I'm wondering if this is caused by having 'nosuid' on /var/ which is 
where my "public" directory is located under.

I have qmail-send, qmail-smtp and dnscache running under /service 
without any problems.
