http referrer detection possible?

It looks like I may have a bandwidth thief taking advantage of me. I'm running publicfile httpd for ultra-quick image serving for my web site http://www.epilogue.net Is there any way that I can compile publicfile to detect http referrers so I can block any originating outside my web site, much like I can do with htaccess and apache?
