Dear sir,
I had read that qftpd is a patch for Dan Bernstein's
publicfile package. I think it's not a contrary ,as publicfile is an
anonymous ftp and to make this an non-anonymous ftp qftp patch had to
be applied . Am i right.
While trying to install twoftpd(using make) i encountered lot of
errors so thought of installing publicfile with the qftpd patch.
Without applying a patch to publicfile , it was fine i could get the
files from /public/file/0 directory and it worked fine as anonymous
ftp.
But after applying the patch ie., qftpd-diff patch ,it asked for user
name and password but the connection was terminated by the remote
server saying 421 service not available.
I haven't got even a single trace and couldn't proceed further.
Can you help me out in this regard.
Sincerely,
S.Rajkumar
