Error in mput or mget

Hi,
   I have installed publicfile  and started ftpd using
tcpserver as per the instructions in the qftpd.org
website. But if 'glob' is on  in ftp the 'mput'
command is working and if 'glob' is off in ftp 'mget'
is working .I have given the error message below.If
anyone knows kindly help me

    Why is it so. kindly assist me .
