RE: multilog error logging dnscache - supervise don't run

I think you're misreading the leading dot in DJB's doc. The shell interprets this to mean "current directory", and in several of DJB's answers the current directory is actually the service directory which you have created for your service.
 
In other words, the idea is to have a subdirectory of /service for each service, e.g. /service/myservice, and to add a log subdirectory under that, e.g. /service/myservice/log.
 
The respective run files would then be at /service/myservice/run and /service/myservice/log/run.

I've created them by mkdir /service/.log/ mkdir/service/.log/run mkdir
/service/.log/main (the last one chown to cruxlog) according to my
understanding of the instructions

Obviously that wasn't proper way. I'm thanking you in advance for your
response that should show me how to do it. I promise I'll publish
howto-for-dummies at the site I linked in my initial post, with many
cudos to you, once you teach me. Please.
