Upstream for the sigq12 patch?

Hi,

I am the maintainer the FreeBSD port of daemontools, and have been
a happy user for more than ten years now.  Apologies in advance if
this message, concerning an unofficial patch, is off-topic for
this list.

A couple of months ago, I added (optionally, off by default)
the sigq12 patch due to user interest.  However, a couple of days ago
it turned out that the patch was unfetchable from the master site known
to me, since it seems that the "thedjbway.org" domain has expired.

For the present, I've temporarily hosted the sigq12 patch at
http://people.FreeBSD.org/~roam/ports/sysutils/daemontools/
but it would be nice to know if there is a "real" upstream site
available for it :)

Again, apologies if this message is off-topic here, and many thanks
to Prof. Bernstein and all the community for making a sysadmin's life
much easier :)
