It's not really designed to be uninstalled. I typically take snapshots of all the filenames on this system before and after installing these sorts of tools and compare them so I know what additions have been made, but that's not going to help you here. I think your best bet is to look at the list of files listed in .../package/commands and remove those by hand. Also manually check how your svscanboot is being initiated and "reverse the damage" done by that.
