When did this arbitrary criteria become the deciding factor for serious time
synchronization? To ensure an accuracy that minute you would also want to take
into consideration and compensate for your choice of hardware, the humidity,
temperature, speed, and altitude at which your device is running. Must every
application be designed to account for the relativistic time dilation effects of
gravity in order to make you happy?
