Anyone built daemontools (specifically tai64nlocal) on Windows platform?

Hi,

I needed to analyse some logs with tai64 timestamps on a Windows platform
the other day and I didn't have access to tai64nlocal.

Has anyone tried building daemontools on a Windows platform? cygwin would be
OK.

I tried building with the latest cygwin but the build failed and I'm afraid
I don't know enough to analyse why.

Actually, I only need tai64nlocal to build - is there a way to just compile
this program rather than the whole daemontools package?

Thanks,

R.
