fixed debuginfo problem

This is OT for most people: several people reported a problem with 
the memphis daemontools rpm: the build fails because of a bug in the 
rpm macros building the debuginfo subpackage. 

I have no idea why the debuginfo package is built in the first place,
so I just turned it off.  As a result, now the daemontools rpm should
build with no problems.  The new version is at
