That is a good option.

I tested it, and it works. The necessary environment variables remain
defined and readproctitle still works. About the process group problem: I
believe I was (one of?) the first to experience that problem (before
pgrphack was included in daemontools), and since then, I've: a) learned what
process groups are, and b) religously tested each new service to see whether
it's doing silly things with process groups. :-)

Not really, that's like using the NVidia kernel module and then asking for
help on linux-kernel...
