I have no intention of writing derivation work, but I guess to technically obide by these rules, I wouldn't be able to provide a binary rpm with my software because of a newer libc errno patch that must be applied before compilation (url: http://moni.csi.hu/pub/glibc-2.3.1/daemontools-0.76.errno.patch).
