Qmail -- Who e-mails are going out now?

Hi!
I need this:   If I can know what r the e-mails that r going out now.
All e-mails go to the queue/mess dir first, but not at all use my NET CABLE right now.
I can see some e-mail if i do a "ps ax", but i dont have bytes and other informations..

Then, I had try to edit qmail-rspawn.c, to add in the qmail-remote command line the number os the e-mail in queue dir...
but i can´t find how i can do it.. I dont have the VAR of the message.




Anybody can help me or have other idea?
