Thanks again for the tip; it was helpful. I read that paper and followed various references to get other papers, too. Caramel sounds interesting, and the paper contains several good ideas. However, if I remember correctly, I couldn't find anything more about Caramel after that. Perhaps I missed something? If you know of any other references, please feel free to pass them along.
