branch reorganization

I have just moved in the previous 'CxxParserRewrite' branch into the main trunk,
meaning that if you do a checkout from trunk you will notice major changes to
the code, as the old trunk is gone.

There are thus two active branches now:

* trunk hosts the main development efford, and will remain unstable in the short term.
* branches/Synopsis_0_8  (created with the 0.8 release), which will be used for stable
   releases until the development branch stabilizes.

In the hope that this move encourages potential users and developers to put their hands
at the new code...
