problems building Synopsis on Windows

hi all,

First of all thanks for this great project ! The possibilities offered by your tool seem endless and really powerfull !  
I and Roman are considering to use it  for our respective projects (QuantLib and pyGCCXML). I have tried to build it under Windows with Cygwin and I have encountered the following problem. (see below). I'm a little ashamed to start by asking such a simple question so if you don't have time  please send me at least some hints to help me to sort this out.
