I am interested in the transformation of a platform-independent model (PIM) to a platform-dependent model (PSM) of your software. How do you think about to present the high-level concepts and relationships that will be mapped to target programming languages like C++ and Python in your developer guide? Would the completion of the design for the component "SymbolTable" be an interesting use case for this approach? I guess that it would be nice to achieve a kind of management extension (CMX). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Java_Management_Extensions Have you got experiences from this application area? - "MDA: Nice Idea.
