Why ? (Hint: It would be highly beneficial if you would adorn your various
suggestions with rationale or some other form of reasoning providing me clues
as to what you have in mind. I don't like second-guessing.)

Sure, whatever representation Synopsis generates may be formatted into
graphs. There already are formatters to generate some UML diagrams, as
well as file dependencies.
