I agree with you. I am looking for opportunites to clarify the used data 
formats a bit more.
The results of each input and output steps in the workflow should be 
clearer documented.

I am interested to achieve a architecture and design that will be 
independent from platforms and this specific programming language.

I would like to conentrate on the C++ API after this step so that the 
other expected interfaces might be generated by the SWIG tool.
