Right now you can't. In old versions of Synopsis there was an -l / --list
option that would print out all available processors. However, that worked
because we used a non-standard / custom import method that has since been
replaced by 'normal' imports (in particular to support the more intuitive
way to write synopsis scripts).

However, I can see the convenience to query for available processors in conjunction
with the synopsis applet. Feel free to file a RFE, or even submit an implementation
proposal.
