If people took the time to learn absolutely everything about a coding
project before they started it, they would never get done.  Do you have
a useful patch to contribute that moves the Synopsis project forward,
are you simply intended to be a source of molasses so no useful tool is
ever produced?

Probably almost nothing as it does not appear you can reproduce the
original C++ from the XML.

It might be interesting to generate this as a document output format at
some point in the far future, after Synopsis is fairly mature, but it
seems to me that someone is going to come along and make gcc output this
anyway.

Perhaps you should go and ask them and give them a lot of links to all
kinds of random seemingly related projects and ask them why they aren't
doing it that way?
