Yes, and in fact, changes haven't been archived via mailman for years, 
as they can be accessed directly from svn, such as via an RSS feed:
http://synopsis.fresco.org/changelog.rss
(by the way, I have no idea why that file isn't rendered the way it is 
in firefox. May be I need to teach apache to use a different content-type ?)
