The machine hosting the tracker seems to have (hopefully intermittent) 
mail trouble.

The 0.8 release is very old, Synopsis is now at release 0.11, and I'm 
working on 0.12. I'm not sure how closely debian follows Synopsis 
releases, though.

Could you please try against a current version, and report any errors 
there ?
