Problem with syntax error in standard library

Having established that I can write to this list (see previous message):
I recently built synopsis to evaluate its use for a project which will invo=
lve parsing C++. However=2C when I tried it out on a single file from my co=
mpany's codebase=2C it followed a long chain of #includes into the C++ stan=
dard library=2C where it said there was a syntax error. (From memory this w=
as in c++config.h on linux/g++.) This meant that no output was produced and=
happened regardless of whether primary_file_only and/or base_path were set=
.
Is this a known problem? Is there something I can do to control which #incl=
udes are followed? I was using the ucpp lexer=3B is it likely the boost one=
would behave differently?
