Hello Paole, this seems to be a very clever use of Swixml indeed. To me, it seems swixat can solve problems which aren't difficult but rather anoying and often/usually implemented the same way. Of course, it is not limited to that -- no offense meant. It also combines several very interesting technologies. I really want to get a grip on it to use it in my current application ;) Yours, Frank List for Users of Carlsbad Cubes' Technologies and Products <[email protected]> schrieb am 10.03.05 19:53:54: > > Hi all, > Thought you might like to know that the first version (0.2.0) of SwiXAT > - Swing XML Authoring Tool - has been released. > It is hosted on SourceForge, is released with the Apache licence and its > home page is at http://www.swixat.org/ > SwiXAT is an MVC framework based on SwiXML (thank you for that great > software!), and provides a complete environment where it's possible to > write an entire Swing application (almost) without writing Java compiled > code, but only XML and BeanShell code. > It uses SwiXML 'as is', i.e. without any modification to the SwiXML > source code, so SwiXAT will be forever compatible with it and will > benefit of all the improvements made on SwiXML.
