Always on top and Strut

Hi,

Is there anyway to set "always on top" on a frame in SwiXML?
There is no such thing in the swixml tags, but there are methods in
the java.awt.Window.

Another thing I can't do in SwixML is creating struts
(Box.createHorizontalStrut for instance). Why weren't this methods
incorporated in the XML mapping?
