I like it.  It adds a great deal of flexibility to the
tag definition section and handles the convesion
section nicely.  This would be a great way to handle
swing version changes in swixml.  Have a tag file for
1.4 and one for 1.5.  

Add automatic retrieval of these files in jars and you
have a drop in extension.
