RE: SwixML Projects @ Sourceforge

Hi,

I'm the one who started off JRSS(see Gerald's writings below). I'm 80% done before releasing my first alpha up to sourceforge.  One thing I would like to enquire is whether I need to seek sixml.org's permission and approval for using their library in my open-source project.
