umm... exp with Thinlet, theodore (the web launch one), and 
Swixml...and as luck would have it I just happen to be in the middle of 
rewriting Caterpillar (Rss reader) using Swixml (was thinlet). ...

Caterpillar 2.0 details: integrates hsqldb, and lucene into a small 
visual footprint feed reader (RSS, RDF, OMPL). Stores the feed entries 
for future searching, eventually ages out old items from the system 
unless you have marked them for preservation.  Feed Aggregator + useful 
info archival system. Whoot. Visually it will be very compact, probably 
not the most spectacular display of Swixml's capabilities. *shrug*
