My intention is NOT to add -non-standard- layout managers to SwixML.
My wishes are:
- add the _possibility_ to add -non-standard- layout managers (important)
- maybe add an "extension mechanism" to SwixML and bundle it with
core SwixML. But the core package should be used like before without
extensions .(wishful)

I read your post. I agree with you. I've added TableLayout support yesterday
in 2 hours. That's not the point ;-) . The point is that it would be better
if the API would be extendable _without_ changing API source code!

Yes I am interested in the source very much. Is it possible for you to put
the code on a web page where I can download it? A URL to a packed ZIP
archive would be perfect. I have got some problems with attachments with my
e-mail account.
