SwiXML and FormLayout

It seems that some people have made an integration of SwiXML and Goodies 
FormLayout but I was unable to find any available on the web.
Therefore, I decided to share my own :)

Of course, I wrote this for personal use, so don't expect full support 
of FormLayout features.
