Libstk repository

OK team, some idiot *cough* darren *cough*, accidentally deleted the
repository.  I was able to restore much of it with a couple day old
backup, but seven files were updated since then.  I think I am the only
who made those changes, so I have restored them as new entries (after
deleting the old).

I apologize and hope this doesn't cause too many problems.  Please
re-check out your souce to avoid major versioning problems (after
backing up your working dir in case you have made any changes).

New checkout:

cvs -d libstk.org:/home/dvhart/cvs/pub co libstk
