Hello World Test App

Team,

I didn't state my intention of the hello_world app before.  It is meant
to be the simplest libstk app possible: one state, one label.  This is
the code that will be made into html and used in the tutorial.  I
noticed it now has a tabbed panel in it and a timer to switch panels...
this is definately the wrong place for an otherwise very kewl test app.

Please move that code into another test app.
