Fonts and Pixmaps

I finally got arounf to fixing the nagging install step of Arial.ttf.  I
have added pixmaps and fonts to the install.  We now distribute the FSF
Freefont fonts (and their license - we are free to do so according to
the GPL without affecting the libstk license AFAICT).  Please remove
/usr/share/libstk, then cvs update, then ./autogen.sh, then
./configure_all.sh, then make, then su and make install.

Now you should be able to run the test apps with the new fonts and
hello_world's background... which I will likely remove for reasons in a
previous mail... *g*
