Bochs 2.0.2 released

Bug fix version 2.0.2 has been released, and is now ready for download in
the SourceForge files area.  The web site links will be updated soon.  
This release is the last planned bugfix release for the 2.0.x series.  
Thank you to Christophe Bothamy for porting the bug fixes from the main
CVS trunk into the release branch.
