Error in user guide section "4.3.15. pci"

Hi again!
With Bochs version 2.7 statement "pci: enabled=1, chipset=i440fx,
slot1=pcivga, slot2=ne2k, advopts=noacpi" doesn't work anymore.
One has to change "slot2=ne2k" "slot2=ne2k0" (or ne2k1, ...) in the
Bochs configuration files, because of the "multiple NICs" support added.
Otherwise you encounter a fatal error: "Unknown plugin 'ne2k' at PCI
slot #2"
Similar to solve: "Unknown plugin 'e1000' at PCI slot #2".
Although "e10000" looks a little odd. Maybe it's better to change the
numbering scheme from 0..3 to a..d?
