But why does "bochs/doc/docbook/development/development.dbk" now say
"*AND* MSVC++ to build the binaries"?

I succeeded building Bochs (incl. 'bochsdbg.exe') using vanilla MinGW32
v3.4.2 on Windows XP SP3. (No MSVC++ involved here.) -->

Regarding in "development.dbk":
<screen>
#define BX_DEBUGGER 1
#define BX_DISASM 1
#define BX_DEBUGGER_GUI 1
</screen>

I couldn't find 'BX_DISASM' somewhere in source code. There only are
'BX_DISASM_INTEL' and 'BX_DISASM_GAS'. So, this line probably can be
deleted.

Thanks for clarifying.

Cheers,
