Sometimes (when Bochs CPU is idle, for example halted) - Bochs emulated time could start running faster than real wall time of the host. The option slowdowns the emulated clock s.t. it will never exceed host wall clock. This could be important if you still care for some timing sensitive events like mouse double-click.
