I don't know if it related to what are you asking.

 

I think we don't have Japan keymap and will gladly accept patch if you will
write one.

those days, I am working on bochs over a japan key board. But i can not find
a keymap of Japan.
Is there a already Japan keymap in bochs?
If not, i think i can write a Japan keymap for bochs, by following this
