Is it possible if I want to add an assembly instruction or alternate the function of an assembly instruction?

1. MY FIRST QUESTION

Since Bochs has provided different models like intel i7 or amd, I am
wondering what's the difference since they are all executing  the same
assembly instructions.

As far as I see the only difference is the difference of ips.

2. MY SECOND QUESTION

Is it possible if I want to add an assembly instruction or alternate the
function of an assembly instruction?
