mda.cc and mda.h begun, compiling

hi,

back on 2011-05-23 06:17:54 there was a posting about work on a mda 
(monochrome video) module with subject line as per this mail.

I can't see an mda.cc  or mda.h in source.... does this mean it did not 
progress or hit an obstacle?
