It seems like this functionality was planned once ('take irq' command in
internal debugger) but the code which does it is not in the model.
I still see it in the 2.1.1 sources tree ... Probably it got broken with the
time and were excluded from the source code because of no demand for the
feature.

I could re-implement it from scratch. 
How would you define the command interface ? 
What Bochs CPU would do ?
